Check Point Software Technologies has announced that Clarks, a worldwide shoe business, has implemented a unified approach with Check Point Infinity UMC, Harmony, Quantum, and Cloudguard solutions.
Especially during the pandemic, when people were forced to work from home and seamless VPN access was necessary, Clarks quickly scaled up its security measures.
According to Check Point, Clarks was able to improve security, gain greater visibility, and simplify management while saving money by eliminating several alternative vendor solutions.
Clarks is an international shoe company with over 1,400 stores worldwide. Taking a proactive approach to security, Clarks needed to secure its networks against future cybercrime with Check Point’s help. Across manufacturing, distribution, retail and other fields, IT networks have become increasingly complex- so much so that even the rise in cybercrime comes as no surprise.
“With such a complex network and recent increase in attacks, we needed to simplify our security solution while still maintaining the high level of protection our business demands,” said Rob Shaw, Chief Information Officer at Clarks. “We selected Check Point because of their innovative technology and comprehensive portfolio, which will enable us to take a unified approach to security.”
Check Point Infinity architecture provides Clarks with consolidated security management and policies across all locations. In addition, Check Point’s Quantum Security Gateways give Clarks the speed and performance they need to keep their business running smoothly.
“Companies are struggling to keep up with the changing threat landscape and require comprehensive security solutions that will future-proof their businesses,” said Doros Hadjizenonos, SVP Products at Check Point. “We are proud to work with Clarks and help them take a unified approach to security with our Check Point Infinity architecture.”
Check Point’s partnership with Clarks is an excellent example of how the company’s comprehensive security solutions can help businesses protect themselves against online threats.
